Getty, acrylic on canvas, 36" X 48", an original acrylic painting by fine artist George Porter, was debuted to the public in the artist's first solo art exhibit, "After the Masters: Light in the Landscape", May 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015 in a new fine art gallery at Stone Center, Inc. in SE Portland. Inspired by the artist's first visit to the Getty Center in Los Angeles, the painting captures the unique lines and perspective of the building's dramatic architecture from the reflecting pool.
